The Balancing + Clarifying Essential System brings together daily cleansing, controlled exfoliation, preparation, targeted facial oil and moisturising in one coordinated full-size routine. Each formula has a distinct role, supporting skin that can experience surface oil, visible congestion, sensitivity and dehydration at the same time.
Pineapple, natural BHA, Blue Tansy, Panthenol, seaweed-derived hydrolysed collagen and lightweight botanical oils work across complementary formulas to leave skin feeling fresh, smooth, calm and comfortably hydrated.

Your Routine
Step 1 - Daily Cleanse
Brightening Pineapple Natural BHA Facial Cleanser 150ml
A low-pH gel cleanser with Pineapple Juice, Niacinamide, Willow Bark, Salicylic Acid and Kakadu Plum.
Step 2 - Periodic Polish
Balancing Exfoliating Cleanser 70g
A concentrated cleanser and facial polish with fine exfoliating minerals, Kaolin Clay, Blue Tansy and lightweight botanical oils. Use periodically in place of the daily cleanser.
Step 3 - Prepare
Blue Tansy Balancing B5 + Collagen Toner 100ml
An alcohol-free hydrating toner with Panthenol, seaweed-derived hydrolysed collagen and botanical hydrosols.
Step 4 - Treat
The Gift Balancing Facial Oil 30ml
A lightweight overnight oil with Blue Tansy, German Blue Chamomile, Marula, olive-derived Squalane and Jojoba.
Step 5 - Moisturise
Balancing Blue Tansy Moisturising Cream 50g
A balanced moisturising cream with Blue Tansy, Hyaluronic Acid, seaweed-derived hydrolysed collagen, Marula, Grapeseed, Jojoba and Shea Butter.
How to Use
Morning: Cleanse with the Pineapple cleanser, apply toner and follow with Balancing Moisturising Cream. Finish with broad-spectrum SPF.
Evening: Cleanse, tone and apply 3-5 drops of The Gift, followed by Balancing Moisturising Cream according to your skin's needs.
Two or three times weekly: Use the Balancing Exfoliating Cleanser in place of the daily cleanser, adding water and using a light touch. Reduce frequency if your skin feels sensitive.

- Incorrect Addresses/Unclaimed Parcels: Please ensure correct address details are provided. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will incur additional fees or offer options for redelivery or store credit (see details below).
Returned to Sender Policy
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect:
- Resend Parcel: Pay the resending fee plus a $15.00 Return To Sender fee.
- Refund: Receive a refund minus original postage and Return To Sender fee. An additional 7% fee applies for Afterpay orders.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit minus original postage and Return To Sender fee.
Note: Standard Postage starts at $9.95, and Express Postage at $14.95.
