Blue Tansy Balancing Facial Toner is a versatile multi-tasking toner that delivers instant hydration, whilst rebalancing the skin’s pH level, while prepping the skin and helping to improve the performance of serums and oils. The formula is supercharged with Pro-Vitamin B5  helps to restore the skins moisturising properties and seaweed-derived marine collagen improves elasticity, hydration and suppleness.

This unique formulation of steam distilled herbaceous Blue Tansy, Geranium, and Chamomile both known for their anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anti-bacterial properties also work to purify and balance sebum production. Harnessing the cleansing, antiseptic benefits of alcohol -free Witch Hazel without the unwanted drying effects bringing best out in your skin.

*Our Marine Collagen is extracted from the natural seaweed variety Porphyra tenera with water. It is enzymatically hydrolyzed to achieve an average molecular weight of approximately 1000. It is exclusively gained from Non-GMO ingredients and it is free of any GMO-fragments. Our Marine Collagen is grown, harvested and processed within the strict principles of creating animal-free products. It, therefore, does not contain any animal products.

    We recommend the following steps to maximise the benefits in your skin care routine at least once a day;

    Method 1 Pour into the palm of your hand  and  press directly on face or use a cotton or bamboo pad to remove any residual makeup and airborne pollution particles from the face.

    Method  2 use 2- 3 spray pumps and press into skin with clean hands

    Parcel Not Collected From Post Office - Returned To Sender

    It is your responsibility to collect your parcel from the Post Office or Collection Point if you were not available to receive the parcel directly from the delivery driver. If you have not received your item within the delivery times below, please contact us to investigate.

    It is also your responsibility to input your correct shipping address at the time of order. Samson & Charlie can't be held responsible for parcels being returned to us due to an incorrect address.

    If your parcel is returned to Samson & Charlie you have three options:

    1) we can resend the parcel at your cost plus the Return To Sender fee incurred by Samson & Charlie. 

    2) we can refund the order value minus the Original Postage Fee incurred by Samson & Charlie and the Return To Sender fee incurred by Samson & Charlie. If Afterpay has been used as payment then 7% of the order value will also be deducted as this is another cost that has been incurred by Samson & Charlie.

    3) we can offer a Store Credit to the value of the order minus the Original Postage Fee incurred by Samson & Charlie and the Return To Sender fee incurred by Samson & Charlie.

    Original Postage fees are dependent on the weight of the parcel.

    Standard Postage starts at $8.95 

    Express Postage starts at $14.95

    Return To Sender fees are a flat rate of $15.00

    Samson & Charlie want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and ensure the returns process is clear and easy. It is very important to us at Samson & Charlie that we address any concerns our customers may have quickly and fairly.

     

    Damaged or Faulty Item – Replacement / Refund / Exchange / Store Credit

    In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at contact@cazaz.com.au within 48 hours of your order delivery, quoting your order number, request for Replacement / Refund / Store Credit, and provide photos. We will advise you of the next steps.

    You will need to send the goods back to us using an Australia Post Satchel with Signature on Delivery. This cost will be reimbursed to you if your return is approved. We can only process the return once the goods have been received by us in their original condition, so please include all original packaging and make sure the parcel is securely packed. Samson & Charlie can’t be held responsible for items lost in the post on their return journey.

    We will process your return within 2 business days of receiving the goods back. Once inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods together with the status of your return.

    If approved, your refund / exchange / store credit (whichever you choose) will be processed within 2 business days and we will email you the details.

    If declined, due to the goods not being deemed faulty, then we will treat the returned goods as a ‘Not Satisfied With Purchase’ return and all conditions mentioned below in the ‘Not Satisfied With Purchase’ section will apply.

    If Afterpay was used to purchase the goods, and a refund has been requested, then;

    • We will inform Afterpay of any refund (in whole or part) within 3 business days and the refunded amount will be sent to Afterpay as per agreement.
    • Upon receipt Afterpay will cancel any associated future payments and refund as per customer Terms and Conditions.

    Not Satisfied With Purchase (Skincare Only) - Store Credit 

    Our natural high-quality products are handmade and therefore each batch may have slight differences in appearance or texture. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you store credit equal to the purchase amount of the goods.

    Please email us at contact@cazaz.com.au within 14 days of your order delivery, quoting your order number and reason for return. We will advise you of the return instructions.

    Please note: This does not apply to Travel / Trial size products. The goods must be 90% unused and in their original packaging.

    You will need to send the goods back to us using an Australia Post Satchel with Signature on Delivery and this cost will be at your expense. We can only process the return when the goods have been received by us in their original condition, so please include all original packaging and make sure the parcel is securely packed.     Where do I start? This toner/ face mist is my ultimate favourite product from the whole range I purchased. I love how when you shake you can heat the lapis moving it feels soo tranquil. The smell is not over bearing and the results are amazing even a spritz over the entire face after skincare routine or as a touch up through the day, Even though I chose the anti ageing skincare kit I purchased the balancing toner for my tZone I’m so glad I did because I just love it.     First of all the actual bottle with the real lapis at the bottom is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen! Secondly, this toning mist is so light and refreshing you could use it multiple times a day without stripping your skin. Great at controlling oil and tightening pores. The ingredient list is phenomenal and all of them work together in harmony. Hydrating and clarifying at the same time!
