How to use

Returned to Sender Policy
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect:
- Resend Parcel: Pay the resending fee plus a $15.00 Return To Sender fee.
- Refund: Receive a refund minus original postage and Return To Sender fee. An additional 7% fee applies for Afterpay orders.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit minus original postage and Return To Sender fee.
