- Incorrect Addresses/Unclaimed Parcels: Please ensure correct address details are provided. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will incur additional fees or offer options for redelivery or store credit (see details below).
Returned to Sender Policy
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect:
- Resend Parcel: Pay the resending fee plus a $15.00 Return To Sender fee.
- Refund: Receive a refund minus original postage and Return To Sender fee. An additional 7% fee applies for Afterpay orders.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit minus original postage and Return To Sender fee.
Note: Standard Postage starts at $9.95, and Express Postage at $14.95.
