The smoothness of the edges is the primary function of the Tool we inspect each stone to ensure the edge is not rough or sharp. It is normal for natural indentations to be present which are characteristic of a natural crystal stone and do not adversely affect its use or performance.

Face: Holding the tool at a 45-degree angle, glife against the skin in an upwards and outwards motion.
For best results, dedicate about one to three minutes every day.

Returned to Sender Policy
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect:
- Resend Parcel: Pay the resending fee plus a $15.00 Return To Sender fee.
- Refund: Receive a refund minus original postage and Return To Sender fee. An additional 7% fee applies for Afterpay orders.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit minus original postage and Return To Sender fee.
