Application methods
Facial Oil Moisturiser
- Apply 3 - 5 drops gently massage onto clean dry skin.
- For extra hydration add one or two drops can be applied to your daily moisturiser/ foundation before applying.
Make-up Remover / Cleansing Oil Method
- Massage from chin to forehead in tiny circular motions for a few minutes. The action of the massage creates heat in the skin, which encourages the pores to open.
- Soak a Flannel or Cleansing Pad in warm water and then press into your face. The heat from the towel will soften your skin, open your pores, and aid in removal of your skin’s dirt and oils.
- Once your face is nice and oily, use your warm, damp towel to wipe the oil away. (You’ll be surprised how much gunk comes off on your towel.)
- Your skin should be clean, soft, and dewy. You can go for a “double cleanse”—simply wash with your favourite natural cleanser, using the same circular motions, for another couple of minutes.

I loved trialling the Samson and Charlie Famous 24k Glow facial oil in Watermelon and Kiwi.
Loved the small flecks of gold in the bottle and that you only have to use a small amount when using it. Its good that it has a dropper to be used this way you only have to use a few drops making the bottle last you a long time and you dont end up wasting any by pouring out to much.
It also has a faint smell which is nice. When it comes to applying it you dont have to use much and my skin apsorb it easily and after a week my skin had a beautiful glow. Loved this

My skin has been so clear, calm and smooth since I started using this 3 months ago. I use it twice daily and it's just perfect. I have combination skin including hormonal breakouts at 37 !! This oil is a Gift I use it when i get a breakout and it works overnight to reduce the redness pain and swelling clearing in 48hours which is a miracle for me.

Samson and Charlie's Prickly Pear Oil is helping me with my dark spots and it is so beautiful to put in before I go to sleep at night. I have found that it is lightening my spots and brightening the skin under my eyes, which helps hide the bags that are appearing with my age.

Facial Oil Moisturiser
- Apply 3 - 5 drops gently massage onto clean dry skin.
- For extra hydration add one or two drops can be applied to your daily moisturiser/ foundation before applying.
Make-up Remover / Cleansing Oil Method
- Massage from chin to forehead in tiny circular motions for a few minutes. The action of the massage creates heat in the skin, which encourages the pores to open.
- Soak a Flannel or Cleansing Pad in warm water and then press into your face. The heat from the towel will soften your skin, open your pores, and aid in removal of your skin’s dirt and oils.

Perfect matched with the Pomegranate Exfoliator
I got this moisturiser with the matching exfoliator and they are just so beautiful. The scent is divine and like the Famous Oil works perfectly under my foundation. I love the beautiful glass jar it comes in and how I only need to use a small amount for it to cover my face, neck and décolletage. Samson and Charlie products are my favourite and feel so beautiful on your skin.

This product is perfect for in the show in the morning. I love the scent and how it cleanses my skin and leaves it feeling like I've already moisturised as well. The light scrubbing effect isn't harsh on my skin and my face it left feeling Soft, Clean and Fresh.

- Massage from chin to forehead in tiny circular motions for a few minutes. The action of the massage creates heat in the skin, which encourages the pores to open.
- Soak a Flannel or Cleansing Pad in warm water and then press into your face. The heat from the towel will soften your skin, open your pores, and aid in removal of your skin’s dirt and oils.
- Once your face is nice and oily, use your warm, damp towel to wipe the oil away. (You’ll be surprised how much gunk comes off on your towel.)
- Your skin should be clean, soft, and dewy. You can go for a “double cleanse”—simply wash with your favourite natural cleanser, using the same circular motions, for another couple of minutes.

Damaged or Faulty Item – Replacement / Refund / Exchange / Store Credit
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at contact@cazaz.com.au within 48 hours of your order delivery, quoting your order number, request for Replacement / Refund / Store Credit, and provide photos. We will advise you of the next steps.
You will need to send the goods back to us using an Australia Post Satchel with Signature on Delivery. This cost will be reimbursed to you if your return is approved. We can only process the return once the goods have been received by us in their original condition, so please include all original packaging and make sure the parcel is securely packed. Samson & Charlie can’t be held responsible for items lost in the post on their return journey.
We will process your return within 2 business days of receiving the goods back. Once inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods together with the status of your return.
If approved, your refund / exchange / store credit (whichever you choose) will be processed within 2 business days and we will email you the details.
If declined, due to the goods not being deemed faulty, then we will treat the returned goods as a ‘Not Satisfied With Purchase’ return and all conditions mentioned below in the ‘Not Satisfied With Purchase’ section will apply.
If Afterpay was used to purchase the goods, and a refund has been requested, then;
- We will inform Afterpay of any refund (in whole or part) within 3 business days and the refunded amount will be sent to Afterpay as per agreement.
- Upon receipt Afterpay will cancel any associated future payments and refund as per customer Terms and Conditions.

Not Satisfied With Purchase - Store Credit
Our natural high-quality products are handmade and therefore each batch may have slight differences in appearance or texture. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you store credit equal to the purchase amount of the goods.
Please email us at contact@cazaz.com.au within 14 days of your order delivery, quoting your order number and reason for return. We will advise you of the return instructions.
Please note: The goods must be 90% unused and in their original packaging.
