The two-step ritual is where Samson & Charlie began. Before the brand existed, our founder relied on the same simple rhythm for years: cleanse and exfoliate, then moisturise.
This Balancing pairing brings together the Balancing Exfoliating Cleanser and Balancing Blue Tansy Moisturising Cream for combination, oily, sensitive and breakout-prone skin. It provides effective cleansing, controlled exfoliation and the hydration this skin profile can still need, without turning daily skincare into a long sequence of steps.

Your Routine
Step 1 - Balancing Exfoliating Cleanser 70g
A concentrated 2-in-1 cleanser and facial polish with fine exfoliating minerals, Kaolin Clay, Blue Tansy, seaweed-derived hydrolysed collagen and lightweight botanical oils. Add more water for a softer cleanse or less water for a more concentrated polish.
Step 2 - Balancing Blue Tansy Moisturising Cream 50g
A nourishing moisturiser combining Blue Tansy, Hyaluronic Acid, seaweed-derived hydrolysed collagen, Marula, Grapeseed, Jojoba and Shea Butter to leave skin feeling soft, calm and comfortably hydrated.
How to Use
Wet the face and hands, then mix a small amount of cleanser with water before gently massaging over the skin. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Apply the moisturising cream over the face, neck and décolletage. Use morning and evening according to your skin's needs, reducing exfoliation frequency if sensitivity develops. Finish with broad-spectrum SPF during the day.

- Incorrect Addresses/Unclaimed Parcels: Please ensure correct address details are provided. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will incur additional fees or offer options for redelivery or store credit (see details below).
Returned to Sender Policy
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect:
- Resend Parcel: Pay the resending fee plus a $15.00 Return To Sender fee.
- Refund: Receive a refund minus original postage and Return To Sender fee. An additional 7% fee applies for Afterpay orders.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit minus original postage and Return To Sender fee.
Note: Standard Postage starts at $9.95, and Express Postage at $14.95.
