    HOW DO YOU USE IT?

    Apply during your morning routine after cleansing before applying oils and moisturisers. The morning is the best time to use Vitamin C to provide your skin antioxidant protection when it needs it most.

    To apply: sprinkle a small amount of Vitamin C powder into the palm of your hand and mix with water until dissolved. Apply to your face by pressing into your skin.

    Moisturisers may work but could take much longer to dissolve the crystals ( they must be dissolved before applying)

    Incorrectly Addressed / Parcel Not Collected From Post Office - Returned To Sender

    It is your responsibility to collect your parcel from the Post Office or Collection Point if you were not available to receive the parcel directly from the delivery driver. If you have not received your item within the delivery times above, please contact us to investigate.

    It is also your responsibility to input your correct shipping address at the time of order. Samson & Charlie can't be held responsible for parcels being returned to us due to an incorrect address.

    If your parcel is returned to Samson & Charlie you have three options:

    1) we can resend the parcel at your cost plus the Return To Sender fee incurred by Samson & Charlie. 

    2) we can refund the order value minus the Original Postage Fee incurred by Samson & Charlie and the Return To Sender fee incurred by Samson & Charlie. If Afterpay has been used as payment then 7% of the order value will also be deducted as this is another cost that has been incurred by Samson & Charlie.

    3) we can offer a Store Credit to the value of the order minus the Original Postage Fee incurred by Samson & Charlie and the Return To Sender fee incurred by Samson & Charlie.

    Original Postage fees are dependent on the weight of the parcel.

    Express Postage starts at $14.95

    Return To Sender fees are a flat rate of $15.00
