- Dispatch Timeframe: Monday and Thursday, excluding public holidays.
- Cut-off Time: Orders are processed by 11am, Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
- High Volume Periods: Allowance of up to 2 business days for dispatch.
- Packaging: We use Australian-sourced paper for packaging – please recycle!

- Responsibility: Once parcels are with the courier, Samson & Charlie cannot be held responsible for any delays. However, we will assist with any delivery issues.
- Incorrect Addresses/Unclaimed Parcels: Please ensure correct address details are provided. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will incur additional fees or offer options for redelivery or store credit (see details below).
Returned to Sender Policy
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect:
- Resend Parcel: Pay the resending fee plus a $15.00 Return To Sender fee.
- Refund: Receive a refund minus original postage and Return To Sender fee. An additional 7% fee applies for Afterpay orders.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit minus original postage and Return To Sender fee.
Note: Standard Postage starts at $9.95, and Express Postage at $14.95.
