I ordered the black obsidian roller. It came beautifully packaged. I do see a difference from using the roller. Unfortunately for mine the small roller gets jammed all the time so I’m not really able to use it but am able to do pretty much my whole face with the larger crystal. - Carefully place all elements in one of the below options to sanitise.
- A mild bleach/water solution (1 teaspoon of bleach to 4 litres of water); let the bleach solution stand for 5-15 minutes. Rinse until all bleach odour is gone and air dry.
- Straight white distilled vinegar; let it stand for about 10 minutes. Rinse and air dry.
- Straight hydrogen peroxide; let it stand for about 10 minutes. Rinse and air dry.
- You will notice there are silicon rings (washers) they’ll need to be cleaned and returned as they were found (ribbed side up) in lid and base, they keep the bottle from leaking.
- Screw all the parts back together fill and enjoy!

- Carefully unscrew the bottom and remove the crystal base
- Unscrew the crystal from the base.
- Remove the lid
- Carefully place all elements in one of the below options to sanitise.
- A mild bleach/water solution (1 teaspoon of bleach to 4 litres of water); let the bleach solution stand for 5-15 minutes. Rinse until all bleach odour is gone and air dry.
- Straight white distilled vinegar; let it stand for about 10 minutes. Rinse and air dry.
- Straight hydrogen peroxide; let it stand for about 10 minutes. Rinse and air dry.
- You will notice there are silicon rings (washers) they’ll need to be cleaned and returned as they were found (ribbed side up) in lid and base, they keep the bottle from leaking.
- Screw all the parts back together fill and enjoy!
My bottle is leaking what do I do?

- The silicon seal must be placed ridge side up into the base, otherwise, the bottle will leak
- The outside of the base has a lip which can actually hold a reasonable amount of water 3-4mls !! this water gets in typically when filling. Tip your bottle on its side over a sink and let drain after filling.

Damaged or Faulty Item – Replacement / Refund / Exchange / Store Credit
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at contact@cazaz.com.au within 48 hours of your order delivery, quoting your order number, request for Replacement / Refund / Store Credit, and provide photos. We will advise you of the next steps.
You will need to send the goods back to us using an Australia Post Satchel with Signature on Delivery. This cost will be reimbursed to you if your return is approved. We can only process the return once the goods have been received by us in their original condition, so please include all original packaging and make sure the parcel is securely packed. Samson & Charlie can’t be held responsible for items lost in the post on their return journey.
We will process your return within 2 business days of receiving the goods back. Once inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods together with the status of your return.
If approved, your refund / exchange / store credit (whichever you choose) will be processed within 2 business days and we will email you the details.
If declined, due to the goods not being deemed faulty, then we will treat the returned goods as a ‘Not Satisfied With Purchase’ return and all conditions mentioned below in the ‘Not Satisfied With Purchase’ section will apply.
If Afterpay was used to purchase the goods, and a refund has been requested, then;
