I had heard of the gua sha tool and its benefits before, but until my recent purchase of one I was a skeptic.
I've thoroughly enjoyed incorporating this tool in my beauty regime. I use it after cleansing and toning, but before applying serums and moisturisers. The use of the massage tool helps activate your cells, so the products penetrate better.
Also, using the tool is thoroughly relaxing. You might notice a bit of redness to the skin afterwards, but this reduces quickly.
