The Gua Sha is an essential part of your beauty ritual, this sculpting tool is used to improve the skin's firmness and enhance the performance of facial oils/serums absorption while stimulating collagen production for firmer skin. Jade the stone of 'eternal youth' has been revered in Chinese culture for years to maintain a youthful appearance.

Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese practice of scraping the skin with a Gua Sha Tool to improve energy flow and blood circulation. In Chinese, “gua” means “to scrape” and “sha” loosely translates to “sand” and refers to the rough, sand-like rash and bruises created by the traditional treatment method. However, the modern application is gentler and also balancing of chakra with the use of a crystal stone. 

This ancient technique has experienced a revival as an amazingly effective Facial  & Body sculpting method of using a crystal Gua Sha sculpting tool to improve the smoothness and firmness of the skin by using firm long strokes for several minutes.   

Most practitioners agree that consistent use of the tool helps improve microcirculation, skin toning and smoothness. The Gua Sha massage is a great treatment for breaking down fat deposits as it works to improve circulation. Gua sha effectively works at increasing blood flow beneath the skin.

*We recommend using a facial oil, to begin with, this will aid absorption and enhance the effects of your serum or oil.

Expect natural variations in the stones, each Gua Sha will be unique in colour and pattern. The smoothness of the edges is the primary function of the Gua Sha we inspect each stone to ensure the edge is not rough or sharp. It is normal for natural indentations to be present which are characteristic of a natural crystal stone and do not adversely affect its use or performance.  

 

Begin with clean skin

Then apply your favourite Serums, Oils and/or Moisturisers

Face: Holding the tool at a 45-degree angle, scrape against the skin in an upwards and outwards motion. for the face.

Body: Use long firm downward strokes to sculpt problem areas of the body. 
Starting from the centre of the face and work around clockwise.
For best results, dedicate about one to three minutes every day.

Care: Maintain by cleaning with warm water and facial cleanser to prevent build up

      Parcel Not Collected From Post Office - Returned To Sender

      It is your responsibility to collect your parcel from the Post Office or Collection Point if you were not available to receive the parcel directly from the delivery driver. If you have not received your item within the delivery times below, please contact us to investigate.

      It is also your responsibility to input your correct shipping address at the time of order. Samson & Charlie can't be held responsible for parcels being returned to us due to an incorrect address.

      If your parcel is returned to Samson & Charlie you have three options:

      1) we can resend the parcel at your cost plus the Return To Sender fee incurred by Samson & Charlie. 

      2) we can refund the order value minus the Original Postage Fee incurred by Samson & Charlie and the Return To Sender fee incurred by Samson & Charlie. If Afterpay has been used as payment then 7% of the order value will also be deducted as this is another cost that has been incurred by Samson & Charlie.

      3) we can offer a Store Credit to the value of the order minus the Original Postage Fee incurred by Samson & Charlie and the Return To Sender fee incurred by Samson & Charlie.

      Original Postage fees are dependent on the weight of the parcel.

      Damaged or Faulty Item – Replacement / Refund / Exchange / Store Credit

      In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at contact@cazaz.com.au within 48 hours of your order delivery, quoting your order number, request for Replacement / Refund / Store Credit, and provide photos. We will advise you of the next steps.

      You will need to send the goods back to us using an Australia Post Satchel with Signature on Delivery. This cost will be reimbursed to you if your return is approved. We can only process the return once the goods have been received by us in their original condition, so please include all original packaging and make sure the parcel is securely packed. Samson & Charlie can’t be held responsible for items lost in the post on their return journey.

      We will process your return within 2 business days of receiving the goods back. Once inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods together with the status of your return.

      If approved, your refund / exchange / store credit (whichever you choose) will be processed within 2 business days and we will email you the details.

      If declined, due to the goods not being deemed faulty, then we will treat the returned goods as a ‘Not Satisfied With Purchase’ return and all conditions mentioned below in the ‘Not Satisfied With Purchase’ section will apply.

      If Afterpay was used to purchase the goods, and a refund has been requested, then;

      • We will inform Afterpay of any refund (in whole or part) within 3 business days and the refunded amount will be sent to Afterpay as per agreement.

      Our natural high-quality products are handmade and therefore each batch may have slight differences in appearance or texture. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you store credit equal to the purchase amount of the goods.

      Please note: This does not apply to Travel / Trial size products. The goods must be 90% unused and in their original packaging.
